About parallel sessions
We welcome proposals covering all areas of pure and applied mathematics. Each session should consist of talks of 25 minutes, organized around a coherent research theme, with a minimum of 6 participants.
Proposals are preferably submitted jointly by an RSME member and an AMS member, in keeping with the spirit of a joint meeting. This is a preference, however, and not a requirement: proposals from a single organizer, or from organizers belonging to only one of the two societies, are equally welcome and will be assessed on their scientific merits. If you have a session in mind but have not found a co-organizer from the other society, we encourage you to submit it nonetheless.
Proposals must include the organizer(s)' full name, email address, and institutional affiliation; the title of the special session; the relevant MSC classification(s); a brief scientific description (500 characters or less); and a list of potential invited speakers.

The deadline for parallel session proposals has been extended to 15 November 2026. Proposals received after this date may not be considered. Notification of accepted sessions will be sent by 1 December 2026.

Participants whose work does not fit into any of the parallel sessions are also welcome to present it at the meeting. Contributed talks and posters on any area of pure and applied mathematics may be submitted independently of the parallel sessions.
To take part, submit the title and abstract of your talk or poster through the conference platform, indicating that it is a contributed talk or a poster.
