About parallel sessions
We welcome proposals covering all areas of pure and applied mathematics. Each session should consist of talks of 25 minutes, organized around a coherent research theme, with a minimum of 6 participants.
Proposals should be submitted jointly by at least one AMS member and one RSME member. Exceptionally, a proposal submitted by a single member may be considered if the proposal is truly outstanding.
Proposals must include the organizer(s)' full name, email address, and institutional affiliation; the title of the special session; the relevant MSC classification(s); a brief scientific description (500 characters or less); and a list of potential invited speakers.

4 September 2026
Proposals received after this date may not be considered. Notification of accepted sessions will be sent by 16 October 2026.
